Clean, spacious room with a convenient clothesline outside. The lack of visible staff during check-in was frustrating.

Solo traveler recommended for simple hospitality
I checked in and Juan Luiz was quick on his feet , made me feel welcome straigh away. He even showed me some homegrown veggies outside and we had a nice chat about it, which felt very personal.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but for what I got, I would say it was still acceptable.

for a place claiming to be a hostal, I certainly did not expect a bathroom without a proper ceiling, how charming. And don’t even get me started on the lack of staff. having to call three different numbers just to check in was absoluteley ridiculous! a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but guess that’s just for special guests, right?

Check-in was a hassle. I had to call three different numbers, and two of them didn't even pick up. The partitioned bathroom that didn't reach the ceiling was awkward, and the room itself felt somewhat dated and not entirely clean.

can't wait to come back
The room was super clean and comfortable with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a nice flat-screen TV. Shower had good pressure. I loved having a clothes rack and drying rack for my clothing. The public bath and hot tub were amazing! Great space to relax after a long day.

I had such a pleasant stay! The room was spacious with a convenient clothesline, perfect for drying laundry after hiking. The big comfortable bed made it easy to relax, but it would have been nice to have more information about breakfast options on arrival. I would definitely choose this place again!
